NMS Onboarding

For us to set your account up correctly - we will need the following:

• Type of Collector Deployment you will be using
• IP Addressing information for the Collector
• Point of contact information for Support
• Target Device information

Collector information

We will need the following:

• IP Address 1
• Subnet Mask 1
• Default Gateway 1
• DNS Server 1
• DNS Server 2
• IP Address 2*
• Subnet mask 2*
• Additional Routes*

(* if required)

Point of contact information

• Full Name
• Email
• Telephone Number
• Office Location

Monitored Device information

For every device to be monitored, we will need:

• Name
• Device Type (ie. Steelhead CX, SteelFusion Core, Juniper Switch etc.)
• Management/Primary IP Address
• Location
• Username
• Password
